Log in to your cPanel, and select the icon labled Backups.  Click the button labled Download or Generate A Full Web Site Backup.  This will either place in a directory of your choosing, or upload to an FTP site, a full backup of your cPanel configuration and files in your site.

Keep in mind this only is useful for moving your cPanel to another hosting account or preserving files from your site.  It is not an easy way to get the structure of your site for restores.  We recommend using the other methods listed in this category to perform site backups.
